You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the 777xp1 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777xp1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets or pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus funds credited to those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777xp1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
777xp1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration information; breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or at the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 777xp1 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts where permitted by the applicable license conditions. You will be notified by email before any inactivity deduction is applied. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to you upon verified request.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests and outstanding KYC verification requirements must be resolved. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by 777xp1 at the time of your transaction, as listed in the cashier section of the platform. All deposits are denominated in the currency accepted by the platform. 777xp1 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where: a technical error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed; there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular activity; maximum stake limits have been exceeded; or the market has been suspended at the time the bet was submitted.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and domestic Pakistan cricket — are subject to the official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (such as the PCB or ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs or declared a no-result, specific void and settlement rules as published on the platform will apply.
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 777xp1 does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability during any event. Bets placed after the outcome of a live event has been determined — due to data feed delay or other technical factors — may be voided at 777xp1's discretion.
All casino games, slots and live dealer tables are governed by their individual game rules, published Return to Player (RTP) figures and random number generation (RNG) certification where applicable. Results generated by certified RNG systems are final. 777xp1 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp1 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where required:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp1 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Services, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
In any circumstances where 777xp1 is found to be liable to you, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
777xp1 shall not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable to you for any delay in performance or non-performance of any obligation under these Terms to the extent that such delay or non-performance arises from a Force Majeure event.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
